Welcome to Wild Flower Designs TBay!
By purchasing from or using this website www.wildflowerdesigns.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Handmade with Care

All of our items are created with attention to detail and a love for craftsmanship. Please note that slight variations in color, fabric, or stitching may occur — that’s part of the handmade charm!

2. Order Processing Times

We offer both ready-made and custom-made items:

  • Ready-Made Items:
    Orders typically ship or are ready for local delivery within 3–5 business days.
    You’ll receive a confirmation when your item is ready for pickup or drop-off (Thunder Bay area only).

  • Custom Orders:
    Custom designs, made-to-measure garments, or special sewing projects require more time and care.
    Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of your request.

If you have a specific timeline or event date, please reach out before ordering — I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup

At this time, we deliver within Thunder Bay, Ontario only.
If you’re outside the area and would like to purchase something, please contact us directly at wildflowerdesignstbay@gmail.com to discuss options.

4. Payments

Payments are accepted securely through [insert payment method(s): e.g., credit card, PayPal, e-transfer].
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Orders must be paid in full before production begins on custom items.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are handmade and often made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is a workmanship issue.
If you encounter a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — I’ll do my best to make it right.

6. Custom Order Details

For custom garments, please double-check measurements, color selections, and design details before confirming your order.
Minor design adjustments may be discussed during the process, but once materials are purchased and production begins, changes may not be possible.

7. Photography and Image Use

From time to time, I photograph completed garments or designs for my portfolio, website, or social media.
If you’ve chosen or participated in the photography package, please note:

  • All photos taken as part of the package remain the intellectual property of Wildflower Designs TBay.

  • You will receive copies of the images for personal use, but the images may also be used by Wildflower Designs TBay for promotional purposes at any time — including social media, marketing materials, website galleries, or lookbooks.

  • If you prefer not to have your images shared publicly, please let me know in writing before your session or at the time of booking, and I’ll happily respect your privacy.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, images, and content on this site belong to Wildflower Designs TBay.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell any items, photos, or designs without written permission.

9. Communication

I value personal communication and transparency — if you have questions, custom requests, or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out anytime:

10. Updates to These Terms
