Refund Policy

At Wildflower Designs TBay, every item and class is made and managed with care. Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our work, refunds are handled a little differently than with mass-produced products.

1. Handmade & Custom Items

All sales are final on:

  • Handmade apparel

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure orders

  • Alterations or special requests

This is because each piece is created specifically for you and materials are purchased once your order is confirmed.

If there’s ever an issue with workmanship or an error on our end, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means an adjustment, exchange, or repair.

2. Ready-Made Items

For ready-made pieces (non-custom), refunds or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with original tags.

Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Sewing Classes & Workshops

Class fees are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and materials are often prepared in advance.
If you’re unable to attend, you may:

  • Transfer your spot to another person, or

  • Request to reschedule for a future class (depending on availability).

4. Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

5. Communication & Resolution

Your satisfaction matters. If you ever receive an order that isn’t quite right, please reach out — I truly value every customer and will do my best to resolve any issues fairly.
